When you fill in our carrier intake form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the name of your trucking company or carrier, your DOT number, your equipment type, and your text message consent choices. We also receive basic technical information from your browser, such as pages visited, to keep the website working.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to learn about your trucks and lanes, to onboard you as a carrier, to provide dispatch and business support services, and, only if you consent, to send you text messages.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check a consent box on our form, we may send you text messages about the topics you agreed to. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of using our services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
