These Terms and Conditions apply to thedispatchpartner.com and to the text messaging program of The Dispatch Partner, a DBA of THE GFE PARTNERS LLC ("The Dispatch Partner", "we", "us"). By using this website or joining our text messaging program, you agree to these terms.

About us and our messages

The Dispatch Partner is a family-owned truck dispatch and business support company based in Greensboro, North Carolina. If you opt in, we send text messages about load offers, dispatch updates, rate confirmations and carrier onboarding. If you also opt in to marketing messages, we may send occasional messages about special offers, discounts and service updates.

Opting out and getting help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at gfesupport@gfepartner.com.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency and rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages at a frequency that varies with your activity with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Use of this website
